Beth Hallman was an unassuming band director’s wife and then, she started a blog. She rocked some boats, got some tattoos, and somewhere along the way, she learned to love herself. Known to thousands online as One Fabulous Mama, Hallman has an authentic, colloquial writing style. She puts the reader at ease while lighting a fire for personal change and empowerment. She inspires with her tales of being a fat, fabulous, mentally ill wife and mother. Hallman’s first book, 100 Days of Goodness: A Rock Star Super Hero Goddess Journal, is an interactive self help book for all women. Daily insights give the reader an opportunity to apply positive strategies and non-traditional affirmations to her own life. This book is an extension of her core message: Love yourself, just as you are, and you’ll start living your happily ever after. Hallman is currently working on her second book, a collection of her online work entitled Have You Seen the Band Director’s Wife? She lives in Nashville, Georgia (her Lil’ Nashvegas) with her mister, the Littles, and too many dogs.
