I organized the main dishes by ethnicity, but all of these recipes are basically some Americanized version of dishes from around the world. Even more importantly, they are all some Southern Americanized version. Explanations are usually with the recipes. I love to tell a story. Recipes are added weekly or whenever my life allows.
