I like to feed people. My family, my neighbors, my friends, my husband's co-workers, the mail lady, the person I just met... It's part of my Southern charm. I also like to entertain, so knowing how much to cook per person is important. I tend to buy too much not just for get togethers and parties, but also for everyday meal times. This hurts my pocketbook and I don't like and can't afford that. I searched for reliable portion guidelines and have the links listed below. These guidelines help me stay on track and keep costs down. WIN.
