Apple butter cake makes my whole house smell like wonderful with a slice of fabulous. :o) My friend gave me a jar of apple butter last night and that got me to hankering some cake. We started calling this Alphabet Cake when the Teenager was little. We were playing in the kitchen while I was baking and started with "A is for apple." The rest is family history. I shortcut this cake with box cake mix, so it's super easy and super tasty. Peace, B.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Mix together 1 box of yellow cake mix, 1 box of vanilla instant pudding  mix, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup apple butter, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup apple juice, 1/4 vegetable oil, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cloves, and 1/4 tsp salt.  Beat until the batter is fluffy, two minutes or so.
Pour into bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Cool completely and sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the top. I serve this warm with vanilla ice cream. YUMMY!
